Examples · Learning platform
A compliance training platform for a large workforce
Mandatory training tracked across three systems and a shared inbox, replaced by one platform that assigns courses by role, reminds overdue learners automatically and produces audit reports in a click.
- Built for
- 12,000 learners
- Reminders
- Auto by email
- Audit report
- 1 click any time
An example project: the organisation and people are illustrative, and everything on this page is working code you can try.
The brief
Training tracked in three places
Northbridge Academy needed every member of staff to complete mandatory training each year. Courses went out by email, completions were logged in spreadsheets and nobody could say, at any moment, who was overdue.
The problem
- Courses assigned by hand, one email at a time
- Completions split across three systems and a shared inbox
- No clear view of who was overdue, or where
- Days of work to pull together evidence for each audit
What we built
- One platform, with Google or Microsoft sign-in
- Courses assigned automatically by role
- Reminders and escalations for overdue training
- Certificates issued the moment someone finishes
- Live dashboards for managers and compliance
- Audit reports in one click
Try it · Learner view
What a learner sees
Each person sees their own courses, what is due and what to do next. Try these four things; each one ticks itself off once you have done it.
Tick off a module
Click any module. The progress ring, time left and next step all update.
Not done yet.Compare weeks

Not done yet.Finish the course

Try it · Manager view
What a manager sees
Managers see their team's training at a glance, chase anything overdue and export evidence for auditors. It runs on the same data as the learner view: finish Priya's course above and her row here turns complete.
Choose a team
See only that team's learners, and its completion rate.
Not done yet.Chase overdue training
Remind everyone who is overdue in one click.
Not done yet.Download the audit report
A spreadsheet of every learner's training record, ready for an auditor.
